Mr. Frantz FORTUNAT: President and General Director of BRIDES, Doctor in Demography
(Catholic University of Louvain) Statistician, Economist and University Pofessor. Ex director of the Division of Analysis and Demographic Research (DARD). Ex director of statistics. Ex-Expert at the National Council of Statistics and Computer Science. (CNSI). Ex-Assistant Executive Secretary at the National Council of Population (CONAPO), Ex-Assistant General Director of the Haitian Institute of Statistics and Data-Processing (IHSI). Ex Consultant to the World Fertility Survey (W.F.S), London.

Professor Yvon GUIRAND: Director of Studies and Research at BRIDES, Doctor of Economics (Paris).
Ex General Director of the Department of Planning. Ex Director of the Cabinet at the Department of Economics. Member of the Administration Council of the Central Bank of Haiti.

Professor Luckner SAINT DIC; Expert in Rural Development attached to the Direction of Studies and Research of BRIDES, Agronomical Engineer, Ex minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Ex Secretary of Rural Development. Ex Assistant General Director at the Credit Office of Rural Development. Ex Assistant General Director at the Bureau of farm Credit. Ex-Cabinet member of the Ministry of Administration and Civil Service.

Mr. Jean Numa DESRUISSEAUX: Engineer, Architect, and Computer Scientist.

Mr. Yvon A.: Expert in Electricity at BRIDES, Engineer. Ex Commercial Director of the Electricity of Haiti.
